These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of magneticbodyscent.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Magnetic Body Scent, a brand operated by GUTSYGAL MARKETING LLC, 1385 Hwy 35, #143, Middletown, NJ 07748, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

Before completing checkout, you must check the box confirming that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include the product price before taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout. The total amount charged is displayed before you confirm your order. Charges will appear on your statement under a name related to Magnetic Body Scent or GUTSYGAL MARKETING LLC.

Subscriptions

Some products are offered as a subscription. If you choose a subscription:

You authorize us to charge your payment method every 28 days at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged the same amount as your first order: for example $29 for one jar, $58 for two jars or $87 for three jars, with free shipping.
We will email you before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by email (support@magneticbodyscent.com), by phone (+1 513-201-3527) or through our Cancel my subscription page. Cancellations received before the next billing date stop all future charges.

Product information

We try to describe products and prices accurately. If we find an error in a price or description, we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Perform a patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos) belongs to GUTSYGAL MARKETING LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
