Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to subscriptions offered by Magnetic Body Scent, a brand operated by GUTSYGAL MARKETING LLC. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms, our Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription services overview

Magnetic Body Scent offers subscriptions that deliver your products automatically on a regular schedule, so you never run out. You choose your products and quantity at checkout; the same order is then renewed and shipped on the schedule below until you cancel.

2. How subscriptions work

When you enroll in a Magnetic Body Scent subscription:

  • You authorize GUTSYGAL MARKETING LLC to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal.
  • Your products are shipped on each renewal date.
  • You receive an email notification before each renewal charge (5 to 7 days before the transaction), and a receipt after each successful charge.
  • All subscription orders are subject to product availability (see section 11).

3. Billing cycle and frequency

Magnetic Body Scent offers the following subscription frequency:

  • Every 28 days: charged and shipped every 28 days.

Your billing cycle starts on the date of your first subscription order. Each renewal is charged 28 days after the previous one. Each renewal is charged the same amount as your first order: for example $29 for one jar, $58 for two jars or $87 for three jars, with free shipping.

4. Automatic renewal and billing

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next billing date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. If a payment cannot be processed, we will contact you by email and your subscription will be paused until your payment information is updated. We never charge you for a period you have cancelled.

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. All charges are processed in US dollars. Charges appear on your statement under a name related to Magnetic Body Scent or GUTSYGAL MARKETING LLC.

Contact us to update your shipping address, update your payment information, change the quantity of your order, or skip an upcoming delivery. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before your next billing date to apply to that order.

8. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no fee and no minimum commitment:

Cancellations received at least 24 hours before your next billing date stop all future charges. Orders already charged before your cancellation will still be shipped and remain covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We confirm every cancellation by email.

9. Shipping for subscriptions

Processing time: subscription orders are processed within 1–2 business days of the billing date, excluding weekends and holidays.

10. Pricing and promotions

Subscription prices may change. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies. Promotional prices apply only to the orders stated in the promotion.

11. Product availability

If a product in your subscription becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email, offer a suitable alternative when one is available, let you skip or change the delivery, and refund you in full if no acceptable alternative is available.

12. Returns and refunds for subscription orders

Every subscription shipment is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a return. 13. Privacy and data protection

Information collected for your subscription is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Subscription Policy. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

16. Governing law

This Subscription Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute related to a subscription is handled as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Recurring order disclosure

By placing a recurring order with Magnetic Body Scent, you will be charged the total of your order now, and the same amount again every 28 days until you cancel. Each renewal is charged the same amount as your first order: for example $29 for one jar, $58 for two jars or $87 for three jars, with free shipping. You will receive an email notification before each renewal (5 to 7 days before the transaction) and a receipt after each successful transaction.
